Luis Mosquera

Luis Mosquera is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Epic Solutions, where he leads the company’s strategic vision and growth, building on more than four decades of executive leadership in the healthcare industry and a lifelong expertise in technology and data-driven innovation.

From an early stage in his career, Luis demonstrated exceptional skill in technology and data analysis. This talent led him to Humana in 1983. There, he designed and developed the Service Fund platform for authorization and financial control of healthcare services, that still remains in use across the United States — establishing him early on as a technology-driven leader capable of translating complex data into scalable operational solutions.

Continuing in the healthcare industry, in 1990 he founded Integrated Health Management, through which he launched and operated nine clinics in Orlando, Florida. He later sold portions of these operations to Humana and PCA (Physician Care Alliance), while continuing to expand and refine a scalable model for clinic and provider network management.

Throughout the 1990s, Luis also served as President of MedPartners Florida, overseeing private practices, an MSO (Management Services Organization), and model clinics. These roles further strengthened his ability to design and manage complex, scalable healthcare organizations.

In 1999, he founded Health Network One, a provider network management organization he led for 27 years while simultaneously holding other executive roles. Under his leadership, the organization became a recognized leader in value-based care models and alternative payment structures.

This combination of his technological and data analytics expertise with his vast operational leadership experience culminates in Epic Solutions, his most recent venture. At Epic Solutions, Luis integrates advanced technological tools and data analytics into the operations of companies and industries to drive efficiency, agility, and sustainability— beginning with healthcare solutions that enable earlier detection of cognitive decline and more effective management of medical costs.

His leadership is defined by a long-term vision and a lasting legacy as a technology-minded healthcare executive and entrepreneur.
