As Provider Engagement Director at Epic Healthcare Solutions, a subsidiary of Epic Solutions, Ivelisse Cruz leads and oversees the implementation of strategies to establish and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare organizations and medical professionals. She drives outreach programs that ensure alignment with the company’s objective: the early detection of dementia and Alzheimer’s through effective collaboration with the medical community.

 

Ivelisse brings over 25 years of professional experience to her role. Prior to joining Epic Healthcare Solutions, she spent 20 years at MMM Holdings LLC (2005–2025), progressing from Sales Representative to Pro Sales Manager. In this capacity, she played a key role in developing strategic relationships with IPAs, primary care physicians, and specialists, while ensuring compliance with critical Medicare metrics, including Star Ratings.

 

Her prior experience also includes five years (2000–2005) in sales and account management at the digital advertising firm Axesa.

 

Ivelisse’s extensive background and deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in Puerto Rico are invaluable assets for Epic Healthcare Solutions. Her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and her proven skill in strengthening provider relationships enable Epic to execute its mission effectively, translating her expertise into tangible outcomes for both healthcare professionals and patients with cognitive decline.

 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, providing her executive profile with a strong foundation in human behavior and interpersonal relationship management.
